Role Description
This is a work from home role for a Telemarketing Specialist . The Telemarketing Specialist will perform daily tasks such as generating leads, reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, and scheduling follow-ups. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities, delivering exemplary service to clients and addressing inquiries effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM systems
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in sales or customer service being advantageous
