Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, located in Palghat. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, communicating with prospective clients, and providing excellent customer service and support. They will actively engage with clients to share information about services, guide them through available offerings, and process potential leads into sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
