𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 based in Bengaluru.

The Tele Caller will be responsible for interacting with potential clients and customers, generating leads, coordinating meetings for the sales team, and supporting business development activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explaining company services and training programs

• Fixing meetings and coordinating client visits for account managers

• Generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, web research, and email marketing

• Sending proposals and following up on payments and purchase orders

• Maintaining daily call records and progress reports

• Coordinating business conference calls and follow-ups

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capabilities

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

• Experience in telesales, customer engagement, or lead generation preferred

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• 0 to 3 years of experience in EdTech, IT, Corporate, or Institutional sales environments

• Any Graduate qualification

• BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BBM / MBA / PGDM / BE / B.Tech
