Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Intern role located in Mumbai. The Telemarketing Intern will focus on generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support, and assisting with sales initiatives. The role will involve making outbound calls, building client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle client inquiries effectively and professionally
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
