Job Description (JD) Telecalling Executive
Location: Malad Kharghar (Mumbai)
Experience: 03 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate (Urgent Requirement)
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team at Malad and Kharghar locations. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Generate leads and convert them into sales/opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and ensure closure within timelines
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage
