Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential new and existing clients, explaining financial products and services, and generating leads. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information, maintaining client data, and following up as needed. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, including Business Loans, Home Loans, and Mortgage Loans.
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Candidates should have good proficiency in Telugu and basic communication skills in English and Hindi to interact effectively with customers.
