Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and prospecting activities
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish strong client relationships
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the engagement process
- Maintain accurate reporting of outreach activities and performance metrics
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to confidently pitch services and handle objections
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition
- Familiarity with advertising, animation, media, or creative industries is an added advantage
- Experience working with B2B clients is preferred
