Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele Marketing Associate who will connect with inbound digital leads, understand their concerns, and guide them toward Marbles Health programs.
In this role, you will engage with leads generated through Meta ads, website inquiries, and other online channels, explain our programs clearly, and convert interested leads into patients.
You will also support basic operational coordination related to patient onboarding, documentation, and internal team collaboration to ensure a smooth patient journey, while contributing to day-to-day operational activities when required.
This is a communication and conversion-driven role, with incentives linked to successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
- Connect with inbound leads generated through Meta ads, website inquiries, and other online channels.
- Communicate with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Understand patient concerns and explain Marbles Health programs clearly.
Lead Conversion
- Guide potential patients through the consultation and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to improve conversion rates.
- Build trust with patients through clear and empathetic communication.
Lead Tracking & Operational Management
- Maintain accurate lead records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for consultation scheduling when required.
- Support basic operational tasks related to patient onboarding processes and directly support the Head of Business & Partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, or BPO roles.
- Experience interacting with international clients is preferred.
- Healthcare telecalling or patient coordination experience is a plus.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
Key Traits
- Excellent verbal communication with strong fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build trust with patients over calls.
- Comfortable working in a target and incentive-driven environment.
