Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telemarketing Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. This is an exciting entry-to-mid level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have a flair for communication, and want to build a rewarding career in inside sales and business development.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be the first point of contact between KE-Connect Technologies and prospective clients. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, nurturing leads, managing email campaigns, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. Your work will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and client acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients to introduce KE-Connect Technologies' products and services.
* Identify and qualify leads through structured discovery conversations, understanding prospect pain points, business needs, and decision-making timelines.
* Execute and manage targeted email campaigns — drafting compelling outreach content, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking open/click-through rates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and pipeline progress in the CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
* Follow up on warm and cold leads consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel and hand off qualified leads to the senior sales team.
* Research and identify new business opportunities by studying market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Schedule product demos, discovery calls, or meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, lead generation targets, conversion ratios, and email response rates.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach efforts with active campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
* Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach during all client interactions.
* Provide regular reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager, sharing insights and feedback from prospect conversations.
* Continuously improve product knowledge and communication techniques through training, feedback sessions, and self-development initiatives.
Day-to-Day Activities
* Daily outbound calling sessions — target of 60–100 calls per day (depending on campaign type).
* Morning team briefings to discuss targets, campaign updates, and pipeline reviews.
* Email outreach and follow-up sequences using pre-approved templates and personalized messaging.
* CRM data entry and pipeline hygiene — updating lead stages, call notes, and next steps.
* Participating in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with the Sales Manager.

Educational Qualifications
* Any Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BMS, B.Tech., or equivalent) from a recognised university.
* Graduates from Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be given preference.
* Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also apply.
Experience Requirements
* 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or customer service.
* Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
* Prior experience in B2B outreach, email marketing, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Skills
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Non-negotiable).
✓ Strong telephone etiquette with a confident, professional, and persuasive calling style.
✓ Ability to handle objections calmly and steer conversations towards a positive outcome.
✓ Good listening skills — ability to understand client requirements and tailor responses accordingly.
✓ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
* Proficiency in any additional regional Indian language (Hindi, Marathi etc.).
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms.
* Basic understanding of MS Office Suite — Outlook, Excel (for tracking), and Word.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
* Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and inside sales processes.

* High energy, resilient, and adaptable — capable of handling rejection positively and bouncing back quickly.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to take feedback constructively.
* Attention to detail — particularly in maintaining accurate CRM records and following up on commitments.
