🚀 We’re Hiring | Telemarketing Executive 🚀
📍 Location: Virudhunagar (On-Site)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
⏳ Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome)
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls using provided leads or databases.
2. Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
3. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
4. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records.
5. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
6. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
7. Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information.
8. Update and maintain tracking sheets with call outcomes.
✅ Basic Requirements
1. Any undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
2.Bilingual proficiency – Native Tamil speaker with working proficiency in English. 3. Clear voice and strong verbal communication skills.
4. Basic knowledge of using mobile phones, computers, and calling systems.
5. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
6. Target-driven, disciplined, and punctual.
7. Willingness to work in a team-based office environment .

✔️ Prior experience in telecalling / telemarketing / customer support
