Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to support our Alibaba-related sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
• Introduce and explain Alibaba-related services/products
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with the internal sales team when required
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing
• Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Confidence in handling outbound sales calls
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Experience with B2B calling is a plus
