Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role at WCMS Investment Solutions (P) Ltd., located in Chennai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, making outbound calls to promote services, understanding client needs, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to address queries and build positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in Communication
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
- Proven ability in Sales and client engagement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
