Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Noida. The Telemarketer will engage potential and existing customers over the phone to promote the channel's services and secure appointments. Responsibilities will include managing outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and follow-ups
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Customer Service and addressing customer needs effectively
- Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
