Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote the company's services or products. The role involves maintaining and updating client databases, addressing inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Telemarketer will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and organizing client interactions efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
