Job Description – Telecaller

Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers for outbound calls related to our Drone Pilot Course (RPC) programs. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills and be target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Explain Drone Pilot Course (RPC) details clearly to prospects
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Do regular follow-ups with interested candidates
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheet
Requirements
• Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
