We are looking for a Tele Caller Intern to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce & Travel Business.
📌 Role: Tele Caller Intern - Remote
🕒 Type: Internship (Part-Time)
💰 Stipend: ₹2,000 per month + Per Order Conversion Incentive
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who placed orders on our website
- Follow up with checkout abandonment leads
- Share trip details and packages with travel inquiries
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Convert leads into confirmed orders/bookings
- Maintain call records and update customer details
✅ Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales and customer interaction
