Tele Caller – Sales & Marketing

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Caller to support user acquisition and engagement for our platform. The role involves connecting with prospective and existing users, explaining our website and services, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring consistent growth in active users.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company’s website, features, and services.
- Encourage and assist users in completing their registration on the portal.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets including call volume, user registrations, and feedback scores.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maintain clear communication.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fluency in Tamil with basic working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and willingness to meet targets.
