Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Patna. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads and schedule appointments. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client communication, explaining service offerings, managing follow-ups, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and effectively handling follow-ups with clients.
- Effective Communication and active listening skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, addressing client needs and inquiries with care.
- Sales aptitude to achieve targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Patna.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an added advantage.
