Role Overview
You’ll be the voice of the FOLK team. Your core responsibility is simple but powerful—connect with people who have already shown interest through our online campaigns and guide them toward meaningful engagement with our programs.
This also includes cold calling. These are warm leads. Your role is to build trust, communicate clearly, and convert interest into participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Clearly explain FOLK programs, events, and offerings
- Understand the needs and mindset of each lead and guide them accordingly
- Build a genuine connection and maintain a respectful, positive tone
- Convert interested leads into confirmed participants
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate with the marketing and events team when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu is a plus)
- Natural ability to convince without sounding forceful
- Good listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Confidence in handling different types of people over calls
- Basic understanding of spirituality or willingness to learn
- Self-driven and disciplined in follow-ups
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
- Interest in spiritual growth and community engagement
