Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met throughout the facility. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, supervising laundry operations, maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies, and addressing customer service concerns related to housekeeping. The role requires effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure seamless facility management.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills for managing housekeeping teams and ensuring operational efficiency
- Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry management to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest concerns and maintain satisfaction
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle daily operations effectively
- Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic computer skills for maintaining operational records
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or facility management is an advantage
