Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Malappuram. As a Telemarketer, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, presenting and promoting products or services, managing a sales pipeline, and scheduling appointments. You will engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and meet sales targets, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination tasks
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on addressing client needs
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous
