Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for out-bound calling, engaging with potential clients via calls, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales opportunities. Effective communication and relationship-building will be key to success in this role. Interns will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals while gaining valuable real-world experience in customer engagement and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Experience or interest in Customer Service and providing client satisfaction
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Sales techniques and strategies
- Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous
- Should have their own laptop.
- Should be ready to use own phone no. for making calls to customers. We will reimburse mobile bill.
