Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller / Patient Coordinator who will be responsible for calling patients, explaining medical conditions/services, and scheduling appointments with doctors.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle patient queries with empathy and clarity.
馃敼 Key Responsibilities:
路 Call patients from the provided database/leads
路 Explain the health condition / treatment options (basic level)
路 Guide patients about available doctors and services
路 Schedule and confirm appointments
路 Follow up with patients for consultation and visits
路 Maintain call records and update data regularly
路 Handle patient queries politely and professionally
Required Skills :
路 Good communication skills (Telugu + English preferred)
路 Basic understanding of healthcare/medical terms (training can be provided)
路 Ability to convince and guide patients
路 Good listening skills and patience
路 Basic computer knowledge

Any Graduate / Intermediate
Freshers can apply
Prior experience in telecalling / customer support is an added advantage.
