Telecommunication Sales & Operations Intern — Diraaz

🚀 What you’ll actually do
- Call, pitch, and convert — real telesales, not scripts-for-the-sake-of-it
- Own the lead pipeline (follow-ups, tracking, feedback loops)
- Turn messy on-ground sales data into clean, usable insights
- Work with CRM tools to manage customer journeys end-to-end
- Handle leads from first hello → final sale → post-sale feedback
- Support daily ops (sales, packaging, deliveries — yes, you’ll see it all)
- Coordinate with the team to make systems smoother and faster
🧠 What you should bring
- Strong communication (Hindi is a must, English helps)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets (nothing fancy, just functional)
- Curious mindset toward tools like CRMs (we’ll help you learn fast)
- Ability to stay organized even when things get chaotic
- Consistency > motivation (follow-ups matter here)
