Celcom Solutions Global is seeking an experienced Telecom Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale CIM (Customer Information Management) modernization program. This role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive QA in a complex transformation environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies (Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT)
- Own and manage the end-to-end QA lifecycle across all delivery phases
- Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Drive test automation adoption and optimize regression cycles
- Collaborate with business, technology, and customer stakeholders
- Provide clear visibility on test status, risks, and quality metrics
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in QA / Testing, with 5+ years in Test Management
- Strong Telecom domain experience (CRM, Billing, Order Management, etc.)
- Hands-on exposure to test automation tools
- Solid understanding of QA processes across SDLC
- Proven ability to independently manage QA in large programs
- Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills
