We are hiring Telecom Team Leads for multiple open roles with our partner companies.
Role: Telecom Team Lead
Location: PAN India (On-site / Hybrid)
Experience: 2–6 Years
Salary: As per industry standards (based on role & company)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage telecom/BPO teams handling calls, sales, or support
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
Train and mentor team members
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
Track KPIs, reporting, and daily operations
Coordinate with management and ensure process compliance
Requirements:
Experience in telecom, BPO, or telesales environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle targets and pressure situations
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel or CRM systems
