Job Title: Telecom SME & Agentic AI Developer
Location: Coimbatore (On-site) | Experience: 3 – 5 Years | Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days
About the Role
We are looking for a Telecom SME with hands-on experience in building Agentic AI workflows. You will bridge traditional telecom operations (OSS/BSS) with autonomous AI agents, enabling automation of complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze OSS/BSS workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Implement RAG pipelines and integrate AI agents with telecom APIs.
- Validate AI outputs against 3GPP/TMF standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless AI-driven operations.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS, network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP), TM Forum Open APIs.
- Knowledge of end-to-end telecom architecture, Core Network (HLR/HSS, MSC, SGSN/GGSN, PCRF), and OSS/BSS workflows.
- Exposure to Telecom KPIs, Billing, Mediation, CRM systems.
- Experience in building AI agents using Python, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude).
- Troubleshooting mindset with understanding of incident handling, RCA, and system integration (Network → Mediation → Billing → CRM).
Bonus Skills
- Awareness of 5G, Cloud in Telecom, and AI applications in telecom.
