Role: Telecom SME & Agentic AI Developer
📍 Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
🕒 Experience: 3 – 5 Years

🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic professional with a unique blend of Telecom domain expertise and Agentic AI development skills. This role bridges traditional telecom operations with next-generation autonomous AI systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Act as a Telecom SME to analyze OSS/BSS workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
- Build and implement RAG pipelines for intelligent automation
- Integrate AI agents with telecom APIs for ticketing, service assurance, and provisioning
- Validate AI outputs in alignment with 3GPP standards and TM Forum APIs
✅ Must-Have SkillsTelecom Domain- 3+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP)
- Experience in service fulfillment and assurance
- Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs
Agentic AI- Hands-on experience in building AI agents
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
