Telecom Architecture Senior Leader

Experience: 15+ years

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

We are seeking a Telecom Architecture Senior Leader Role to lead solution design and drive business growth by providing end-to-end architecture solutions to customers. This role combines technical leadership and pre-sales, requiring strong capability to design, present, and sell telecom and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Leadership

• Define and lead telecom architecture strategy across projects
• Design scalable solutions for FTTH/FTTx, 5G, network transformation, and digital infrastructure
• Develop end-to-end architecture solutions aligned with customer requirements

Customer Engagement & Solution Pitching

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Provide architecture consulting and solution recommendations
• Lead solution presentations, demos, and technical pitches during pre-sales
• Support sales teams in closing deals with strong technical positioning

Pre-Sales & Business Support

• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
• Define solution approach, cost models, and architecture frameworks
• Work closely with sales teams to drive revenue and win large deals

Technology & Innovation

• Lead design of solutions across OSS/BSS, cloud, edge computing, and automation
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, digital twins, and network analytics
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all solutions

Delivery & Governance

• Provide architectural oversight during project execution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Review and approve technical designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in telecom architecture / solution design
• Strong expertise in FTTH/FTTx, 5G, IP networks, and telecom systems
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and solution pitching
• Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS, cloud platforms, and network transformation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in geospatial (GIS, mapping, digital twin integration)
• Exposure to AI/ML in telecom operations
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
