Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecollection role based in Navi Mumbai. The Telecollection Specialist will communicate with customers to manage debt collections and resolve overdue accounts effectively and professionally. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to customers, discussing payment plans, negotiating settlements, following up on commitments, and maintaining accurate records in the system. The role also involves adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the collection process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and active listening skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of accounts.
- Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and experience in data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with financial services, debt collection practices, and regulatory compliance guidelines is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and align with the company’s mission of financial empowerment.
- Previous work experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service is an advantage.
