Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and a proven background in Banking, Insurance, or Finance industries. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving targets, and ensuring quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance regularly.
- Conduct training, mentoring, and performance improvement sessions.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and customer queries.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and performance reports for management.
- Maintain quality standards in customer communication and sales process.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8–12 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling a telecalling team.
- Preferred industry experience in Banking, Insurance, or Finance sector.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
