Job Title: Telesales (Fresher's)

📑 Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products to new and existing clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial services, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and confident manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.

📝 Qualifications
• Minimum 12th pass or Graduation.

📈 Experience
• Maximum 1 year experience required/ Fresher can also apply .
