We're Hiring: Telecalling Executive – Lead Conversion 📞
Shraddha Institute | Solapur / Remote | Full-time (4-month contract) | ₹10,000–12,000/month
We're running our biggest national student competition yet — 7,000+ registrations across Solapur, Pune & Vijayapura — and we need someone who can turn interested parents into confirmed registrations, fast.
What you'll do:
- Call every inbound lead within 2 hours of submission — this is our #1 KPI
- Follow a proven conversion script to explain the competition, handle objections, and confirm registration intent
- Hand off confirmed leads to our city coordinators for entry
- Send a daily report: leads received, called, converted, pending, lost
- Follow up on WhatsApp for anyone who doesn't pick up within 24 hours
What we're looking for:
- Prior inside sales / telecalling experience — ideally with warm inbound leads, not cold outbound
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to handle objections naturally
- Self-discipline and fast response time if working remotely — non-negotiable given our 2-hour callback window
- Comfortable with a fixed 4-month contract (Oct 2026 – Jan 2027)
