Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Interns to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings with interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce the company's services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and answer basic queries.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain call records and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth client communication.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident speaking over phone calls.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
