Role Description
This is an opportunity for a Telecalling Executive at our office in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, building rapport with clients, providing information about services, and addressing customer grievances effectively. Engage with customers via phone calls, maintain detailed records, and liaise with the internal team to follow up on claims and resolve issues. Accuracy, clarity, and customer satisfaction are key focus areas of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Organizational, time management, and record-keeping abilities for handling multiple client cases efficiently.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills for addressing customer grievances and providing timely resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry for maintaining detailed records and updating client information.
- Fluency in English and local languages to cater to diverse clients in the Ahmedabad region.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a customer-centric mindset to contribute to a positive client experience.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or insurance-related experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
