Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, located in Chennai. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their inquiries, providing information about the clinic’s services, and scheduling appointments for consultations. The Telecalling Executive will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent communication and fostering a positive customer experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling client inquiries and providing clear information.
- Ability to manage and maintain records, schedule appointments, and coordinate with different teams.
- Proficiency in customer service with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client calls and tasks effectively.
- Technical proficiency in using telecommunication systems and basic office software tools.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
