Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Noida. The Telecalling Executive will handle outgoing and incoming calls to promote services, respond to inquiries, and support customer needs. Daily tasks include explaining product and service features, resolving basic customer concerns, updating call records, and following up on leads. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure accurate information is shared with customers. Telecalling Executives are expected to meet call targets, maintain professional communication, and adhere to company policies and scripts.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and relevant regional languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including listening skills, patience, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call management systems, and handling online communication tools.
- Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain offerings, handle objections, and encourage conversions where applicable.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the high school or equivalent level; higher education is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, adapt to shift-based schedules if required, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
