Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Nagpur. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining customer databases, handling customer inquiries, and providing product-related information. Tasks include building and nurturing client relationships, promoting the company’s products and services, collecting feedback, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduation Complete

Experience :- minimum 1 Years in multiple language ( telugu, Tamil or Malayalam)
