We are looking for confident and result-driven Telecalling Executives with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. This role involves connecting with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners to introduce and promote PR and media publication services. Prior knowledge of PR is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to potential clients
- Introduce and explain PR and media publication services
- Generate and qualify leads for media placements and brand visibility campaigns
- Clearly communicate the value of PR and media exposure
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams post-sales
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development
- Confident in speaking and pitching over phone calls
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Ability to build rapport with decision-makers
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of PR, media, or advertising sales
- Experience dealing with founders or business owners
- Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel
