Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Varanasi. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, explaining auto loan products, and maintaining accurate call records. They will actively follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
- Ability to explain and promote financial products effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining call records and documentation
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools
- Familiarity with customer service practices and telecalling techniques
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage workloads efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage
- Fluency in local languages, along with Hindi and English, is preferred
