Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.
Job Resposibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer concerns
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Minimum qualification: Any degree
