Position : Telecaller / BPO
No of Positions - 2
Roles & Responsibilities :
*Coordinate directly with Mandi partners and transport partners from the office.
*Ensure timely operational support to business .
*Track trucks and provide regular updates to the operations team.
*Resolve basic operational issues during transportation.
*Maintain proper communication between drivers, clients, and office staff.
*Ensure delivery schedules are followed properly.
*Report delays, vehicle issues, or operational concerns to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
*Basic knowledge of Kannada is preferred.
*Ability to travel locally for operational work.
*Basic smartphone and reporting knowledge.
*Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Languages to be known - Hindi(mandatory), Telugu, Kannada, English
