Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, engage with customers, and support sales or service-related activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
