HDFC Bank is expanding its on-ground and tele-collections operations and is looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to support customer follow-ups, payment collection, and loan recovery activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities
Telecalling Executives
● Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders
● Follow up on pending dues and provide account status information
● Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and record customer responses
● Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism
● Achieve daily/weekly calling and recovery targets
🔹 Requirements
● 1–5 years of experience in telecalling
● Good communication & negotiation skills
● Basic understanding of loans/overdues (training will be provided)
● Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
● DRA Certification is mandatory
🔹 Good to Have
● Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or fintech collections
● Ability to communicate in Kannada(Good To Have)/Hindi/English/Tamil
● Basic smartphone & documentation handling skills
