Role Description
This is a full-time Telecalling Executive position for an on-site role located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to communicate with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting products or services. The Telecalling Executive will also maintain accurate records of client interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Customer service and relationship management strengths.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Prior telecalling or similar experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of calls.
- Flexibility to adapt to different scenarios and customer needs.
