Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Churhat. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining a record of customer communications, building positive relationships with clients, and promoting relevant products or services. The role also involves addressing complaints, providing solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout direct interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and a customer-centric attitude
- Proficiency in telemarketing and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple calls, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven approach to support customers
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry, CRM usage, and handling email communications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is an advantage
