Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Associate located in Varanasi. The Telecalling Associate will engage with clients over the phone, address inquiries, provide information about the company’s offerings, and assist in resolving customer concerns. The role involves maintaining a courteous and professional approach to customer interaction while achieving communication and engagement goals. Additionally, the Telecalling Associate will document customer feedback, contribute to lead generation, and ensure a seamless communication process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a service-oriented approach
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or telecalling tools
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet performance targets
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service
- Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in lead generation is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
