Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Varanasi. The Telecaller will engage directly with clients, addressing inquiries and promoting the company’s services. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing product or service information, maintaining updated client records, and effectively addressing and resolving customer issues. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and addressing concerns with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or similar software
- Organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
- Motivation to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
