Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th Standard or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
