Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for Telecallers. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining offered services, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate call records. Telecallers are also responsible for understanding client needs, promoting company services, and scheduling follow-up calls where necessary. Collaboration with internal teams to align client interactions with company goals is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in call management software
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
